    Sakto gyud!
Botulism may be more possible kung ang lata is bloated o ga burot rather than lumping or dented. This is due to the gas by product of the C. botulinum bacteria. Pero ingon akong maestra sa biochem sa una kay heat will denature the botulin toxin. So lutu-a ug ayo kung naa kay duda. But the best is avoid na lang gyud....

Mga 'bai ayaw lang gyud ninyo kalimti nga moderation is the key unya remember not to eat the can hehehe.

FYI lang. It's a very common misconception especially for non Chemistry majors that all SALTS are asin. ASIN in our dialect is chemically known as SODIUM CHLORIDE (NaCl) and commonly known as TABLE SALT. Salt is one categpry of a compound which is a combination of a cation & an anion. Therefore, sodium nitrite is a salt and so is sodium chloride but the two are different substances.

    another thing....

kanang "lumping" sa mga delata.... the coating there is already broken so the metal is already exposed to oxygen & water. Corrosion will begin. It's a simple oxidation-reduction reaction

The pancit canton has the coating nga makadaut. It takes about 3 days for the body to flush it all out.
Instant pancit canton or the ordinary pancit canton?

kanang mga fruits nga canned, di sad na maayo? kanang mga sagol sa Thirsty sa ilang mga salads i saw one time ga yabo ang attendant didto straight from the can... so, di na diay na natural?

i think tanan siguro atong e konsumo karon one way or another naa gyud na siyay preservatives... kanang mga sports drinks, mga juice, ice tea's.. kanang di lang "canned" kung di kanang ni agi nas "processing" sa mga kompaniya.. even kanang mga saging, piƱa, mangga, vegtables og uban pa gipang sprayhan man sad nag chemicals aron dili madaut... kanang tubig nga atong imnon gikans MCWD/tap water naman sad nay sagol nga para patays kagaw, di ba?

in other words, bisan unsay imong e consume, naa na tanay chemicals/preservatives... ang importante balance and in moderation tanan...

    namoy biskwit?

so as you have said it's still salt dba?

and what do u mean by coating? on tin cans? sure ka? dili kaha ipasira sa NMIS ang food processing plants nga mag sulod ug process food sa mga coated tin cans?

another thing sad ha, ang kanang mga canned goods gi-vacuum ang sulod ana. so kanang gi-ingon nga oxidation-reduction sulod sa canned is impossible.

im not saying its totaly good to eat canned goods everyday, labi na 3x a day. excess of everything jud is bad man dba? pareha ranang taga-adlaw ka mag-manok, manimaho sab ka ug iti dba?

so have a balance diay lang jud ayaw lang panubra-e. its ok to eat canned good everyday, pero dont do it 3x a day, maybe once lang would be fine.
