    Mais ko kay sa white rice. pero dili ko kabalo mo luto sa rice cooker so adto nalang ko sa white rice.

    Naa lagi daw kuno ni special nga paagi sa pagluto ang mais. Ang pagkaon ani paanaray ra pud or magkalibanga ka. Compared sa rice mas healthy ni.

    Hi guys share ko na maize has been really good for my diet, d kaau ko dali gutmon. nya sakto pd si @SeptemberII nindot pd camote pero para lng naa variety kay makapuol man pirmihon. hahaha! salamat sa mga nangreply ani. kung nitry mo ani sa inu diet share nya mo ha. salamat!
