    yup! it's best to consult a doctor first before taking it. It also depends on the severity of your insomnia, the doctor will be the one to prescribe the appropriate medication for your condition. In my case I have mild condition so I usually take 2mg melatonin 1 hour before bed time. It works like magic.

    Sir, wala ba ni siya'y side effect like ma dependent na nuon emong brain sa sleeping pills?

    I don't take sleeping pills kay naa jud nay serious side effects in the long run. The supplement I use is safe since it's a natural hormone produced by our brain, but it doe's have side effects (not really that serious) if you don't follow the recommended dosage.

    if you don't like chewing on something just to get quality sleep then I recommend you start taking multi-vitamins , go out and exercise at least 30mins a day or listen to whitenoise. I've been doing this and it really helped me sleep well. Good luck!

    Got the same problem. Ing-ana jud ang IT related nga job. Weird ang sleeping routine. I take supplement kung mo tukar akung insomia. And it does put me to sleep. Kung always active man gud imong brain, di jud ka katulog.

    Mao pud ni akong problem. Nag work kos call center and night shift ko. 1week na jud ko walay taronh na tulog. 2-4hrs ra siguro. Basta naa kos work, grabe kaau ang akong duka, mura na kog malipong. I avoid coffee kay basin di jud ko katulog. Pero pag naa na kos balay, di na man ko katulog. Magsakit na lang ang akong ulo pugson nako pagtulog, pero lisod man jud itulog oi

    Ing-ana pud ko sa una boss..katong nag work ko call center diha sa Mepza..mao btaw niundang pud ko kay magkurong na jud prme akong lawas kay prme kuwang sa tulog! Sakto jud si @nestealou84 nga bsta IT related jobs kay weird jud or dili normal ang sleeping pattern....

    me here,feeling insomia sauna but once in every 3 or 4 mos. ra sad mosuol....lately,i take mx3 coffee and to be honest,almost 1yr. nko wla mka encounter nga di mkatulog..anywayz,uyon2x ra mn sad tngali ni,wla ko mag tel nga gamit ani TS but ni share lng ko sa akoang experience..!!
