how about this error "This filesystem has found to be corrupt and needs to be reformatted" Thats why i got when i did a master reset. Is this a firmware problem?

No no just ignore that. It says that since you just did a reformat and the phone cannot yet detect the firmware. (i think). It should work ok once restarted.

The main problem I am experiencing is that the keypad and the flip keyboard gets unresponsive over time maybe due to dust and dirt. I tried cleaning using a contact spray but after awhile it gets unresponsive.
