I've heard that excuse too many times. Just because Microsoft is rich, doesn't make it good to pirate from them. Instead, you are boosting their dominance by increasing the demand for Microsoft products. Pirates, instead of turning their attention to many worthy products they CAN afford, make Microsoft the only solution, leaving the impression that EVERYONE has to have Microsoft.

Pirates draw attention away from software like Linux and OpenOffice, which are both FREE, so demand shifts away from Linux and boosts Microsoft, thus, gara na ang Microsoft, making it more expensive for the legitimate buyers.

You're not hurting only Microsoft, you're hurting everyone. Get legit, or use software you can afford.
