YOLANDA is man-made, why? refer to this page which dutsinse, the one who posted on youtube about that MIRCOWAVE PULSE video and which DR. MAHAR LAGMAY of project NOAH called the video and him illogical. It also include some videos/articles that shows weather can be possibly modified.

If we can measure temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed and etc.... Then ....

Kung kahibaw mo unsay magpakusog sa bagyo... Then...

Kung maka plot ang pag.asa sa path sa typhoon... Then...

Actually kita tanan naka contribute to climate change that eventually lead to more stronger typhoons so of course it's man made...

And given that it's man made... Plus we know what condition that would fuel it... And can even plot a path and measure it...

Yet Since ang title sa thread kay global warming is to blame for ... Then if the weather guys did confirm then probably... Base sa ilang data...

And about controlling it.. As what I've said... Kung Kbaw sila mo measure, plot (meaning favorable condition kung Asa siya pwede mo adto or iyang agi.anan) ug unsay magpakusog .. Para sa ako lang... Possible cguro sa mga umaabot na generations... On the other hand... Kung secret na project, we'll 40 years ago or more walay cellphone, and since the world is always innovating.. I'd like to be open minded about it especially to things I am not that familiar with... Pero comparing it with aliens then I think this one is more likely to happen..

Well, global warming is yet also man made, but that's another story. And yes, you're right, if you know something about a thing then you can manipulate it whatever you want, just like what they did to our weather and what i said there are imminent evidence!!!
