I own a hardware/construction supply and I want to expand due to customers needs. Im offering partnership for sand and gravel and hollowblock business. We know that the sand and gravel requires alot of capital, but for Hollowblock business we can start a little bit less. Starting capital for a hollowblock machine 25-35k for 4-6 output. Then for the 10-13cu meters of ordinary wash sand, 8-10k and 3/8 crush gravel 7-10k, portland cement for 200-210/bag, need 35bags 7000, a gallon of molasses 400-500, labor 100/bag of cement, 3500, water and electricity around 500 for a batch. rough estimate of 90-100k capital including the machine and the palita for the hollowblock. For the 20-26cu meters of sand and gravel + 35 bags of cement + molasses, including the labor of 3500 for 35 bags, it can produce around 4200-4500pcs of hollowblocks, a rough estimate of 6.50/pc, selling price of 8.50 for hardware stores bulk orders, 9.50 pickup price and 10-12 delivery price. Succeeding expenses are the same without the machine and palita, for me right now mu angkat ra ku as mga hollow block makers, usually per week maka hurot ang store 500-1000, walking-in customers ra na, then I'm still on my 4th month, how much more if year. If mu supply ka ug 1 storey house bisag 150sqm ra na, 10k pieces na hollow blocks kuwang ra. From septic tanks to walls and gates.

Labor? P100/bag of cement. Either mu lusot ug 100 pieces or 40 pieces still 100. ordinary HB 350psi murag ana = 1bag of cement output 100-120 pieces. Mao na gitawag ug medium strength, selling price 9.50 pickup price 10-12 delivery price, 4x8 any size. (Naa may customers naa gusto ug super strength as 1bag 40 ra any my lusot., like sm, toyota, ug mga buildings and any price mu saka, 24-35/pc.

Space and marketing? Naa ku hardware and construction supply store.

Capital? 50-50

Sharing? 60-40. Any 10% sa truck tear and wear, as machine maintenance.

Lifespan? Depende as pagmaintain, 10-15yrs.

Actually 1 machine as hollow block as 4-6 output maka him ra ug 500-700 per day. Depende pod sa mu trabaho if hinay. So the more machine u have the more any output. After paghimu ana u can not sell it. Mu wait paka around 2-3 days, e.curring.
