if I rememver ryt, lahi ang setup sa globe, I think USB modem na ila. Sa PLDT setup, phone line - modem - router via-twisted wire, then to the various wired or wifi PC. The router then acts as a gateway for any PC authorized.
Ang Globe Innove maoy i-pressure to fix the connection, kay ang router is okay. Ingna ang ilang tech nga ngano dili man ma connect ang router na sa PLDT sayon ra man kaayo. Ingna, if that is the case then maybe you should transfer to PLDT na lang kay dili man kaha cla mo tabang.

I'm pretty sure nga ang connection sa router to you Internet provider ang problema since connected ka locally. May right information and detail kaba sa imong internet connection with your provider (GLOBE)? whether DHCP, StaticIP, etc... kung nka static ka, you should have to get your specific IP, Gateway, DNS's addresses and i-encode na did2 sa Basic Setup / Internet Setup sa imong Router. Kung nka DHCP ka, try to isolate router: try a single PC/Direct (Wired) Connection to your provider i.e. PC>modem>internet.

    Ang imong current set-up is PC's (wired & Wireless)>Router>modem>Internet

Take note: kinahanglan, tama jud ang imong connection detail from your provider.

get back here kung anong update.

Pag maka connect gani ka using a single PC connection (Isolated the router), set-up lang nga tama sa imong router ang problem, since working man kha ang router nimo pag did2 sa imong supplier... I can't see any logic ngano dili ka ka-connect sa internet through a router once maka-connect ka with a single PC connection to your provider

Ang procedure sa linksys router setup, naay part na it will check your modem connections before connecting the router, then iyang copyahon ug dHCP, PPoE ba or otherwise with the IP settigns etc., automatic cya but you still have to encode password, user name, and some other stuff. But then sa globe, kay USB modem man, I don't know how it is bypassed to router.

kung walay means nga ma connect ang USB Modem sa Globe to router, better share nlang ang connection sa PC nga connected sa Globe and your router will become just a plain router... dili na gateway.
