Unsa inyo ika recommend na Microsoft Certification for a Software Engr?
Then unsa nga language and technologies ang requirement(s)?
Wala paman gd koy idea unsa naa anang certification sa MS.
I would like to try getting certification from MS and willing to do self study on it.

if ganahan ka mag network admin.. try to pursue CCNA sa CIE and CCNA-SE sa Makati pra naa kay voucher check pra discount sa international exam...

well if kng ganahan ka ug system admin.. just go directly to MCP, MCSA, MCSE naa rna atbang sa Yellow Cab and kilid sa fooda sa mango..

ok rna ang IT as long as computer related or watsoever, pde man gani highschool grad mo kuha ani..

btw im BScomE also a graduating student at the same time taking up CCNA exam this coming September na then ang MCP this month of June then proceed to MCSA after sa exam..

pero mas ganahn jud ko ug System admin than Net. Admin its kinda frustrating man gud ang trabaho sa Net. Admin. Pero it depends lang ghapon... so goodluck and have a good choice..

You have to take it seriously kng mag Net. ADmin. ka bro kay daghan na bya kaau mga CCNA certified pasar sila pero dli ghapon kabalo mo config ug pag define ghapon sa mga Network Layers.. pero if ever ka pasar ka sa exam
i suggest mag OJT sa ka either sa Nang-khai or Tri-net/Infusion its good for the experience though... and dapat sad ma practice sad nmo ang field being as network admin..dapat mka experience pud mo ug kat2 sa radio tower ehehe dli ma nah tantong taas pero magkurog jud ang itlog hehe (one of my experience sa tri-net/infusion).. then mostly of the deployment outside cebu jud..

We've been to microsoft sa makati in our educational tour. We asked about technologies and prog languages. Ila suggestion is try to learn and be proficient in as many language as you can. Coz ang microsoft dw, dli focus sa isa or few languages. And the computer world is forever changing. Dpat musabay ka sa trend, you evolve with the technology.

Currently, .NET is famous. So maybe, learn ASP .NET 2.0, C# .NET, C++, Ruby on Rails, Java. Murag ang ila certifications is dli geared towards specific language. Maybe pseudocodes and algorithms which can only be learned through time and experience, dli one time nga pag tuon.
