not solely just to minimize but for the real users (because there are bot accounts ) to value their accounts, and follow rules in order to maintain their hard earned status..

that way, post will be in a manner and not just gibberish.

I believe so. Coz if you're not really dedicated to post logical responses to forums, 100 posts just to be tagged Junior Member is quite a burden. Yet, if your posts makes sense and doing so makes absolute sense to you (not spamming) then 100 post will just be a blink of an eye.

there are sections where posts does not count. This are humor section, buy and sell and others are in commerce section.
