If you can cite one and then progressive jud sila with no jobless person,aw,musaludo na ko sa imo idea. I will march to the Congress myself and have them abolish Labor Laws.

am working with reality.. ikaw, ur a hailed capitalist-minded living in your own illusions. lupig pa nimo ang mga leftist kung makadamgo.
My ideal society is a society without governments, and hence it's not a country. But if you want me to cite countries with pro-business laws, then I'll have to cite Singapore and Hong Kong. SG is now very rich due to economic freedom, although at the expense of political freedom. Pro-business ang laws sa SG... Pag rally didto sa Orchard road and see what happens.

Anyway, as the title says-how about a Party List will be formed for BPO workers?

Siguro muingon ang uban na OK na man na sila og sweldo, di na man kinahanglan. As for me, di ni sa pagpadako og sweldo or unsa ba. This is to safeguard the rights of the BPO workers. Bag-o lang ko gabasa sa thread sa "worst call center" unya daghan jud reklamo. Ako mismo kay naka-experience ani.

The Party List will be there to lobby for the enforcement of the BPO workers' rights detailed on the Labor Code. Talamak na man gud ang pag-abuso sa mga BPO companies. Aside ana, it will propose necessary amendmends to Laws that will give more job security to BPO workers (though others may consider this as non-permanent jobs but there are others na diri na jud pud tawon gasalig for their families support).

Please share your thoughts and might as well give suggestions as to how can this be done.

    Thank you.
i think this idea is flawed, and will be harmful for the BPO workers in the long run.

Anarchy.. Simang2x man diay ka mutubag.. I didnt ask you for a country with pro-business law but a country who does not have Labor Laws. Tan-awa gani balik.

Do not start me with Hongkong and SG, there are a lot of other factors nganu progressive na sila.

Where did I ever mention na pro ko anang mga mag-rally? there is a rationale why I want to use the political mechanism made available to us by our Democratic country. Tan-awa ra ka. Ganahan pa ko anang rally2x, di na ko magkapoy2x ani na idea uy..

why would that be? any proposed amendment and even claims will be deliberated, they will not come true in a single snap of a finger.

And what exactly are those factors? Labor Laws that are deemed anti-labor like disallowing labor unions. Simang2x man sad ka, unsa man ganahan ka ug Red Horse brad?
