Â* Â*Hope a straight to the point answer is provided , I already stated my suggestions and proven to be effective . To start all over again ... here it is :

- LIGHTEN the car

* remove all unnecessary stuff like spare tire , front seat and backseats , ac compressors , carpeting .

- adjust and tune up SUSPENSION ( expected that an aftermarket suspension has been installed already )

* setting the car in the proper height to conform the size and type of tires being used and the kind of race track ti attack .

From this set-up back in the mid to early 90's , I manage to make consistent 15's in the 1320 from my 94 INtegra GSR with B17 and basic bolt ons . ( On street tires ni siya na 15" ) .
