Sorry to jump in guys pero for what I know, second hand items are most of the time, if not all the time, lesser than brand new items or na usab na jud ang dagan sa panahon nga mas mahal na ang 2nd hand sa brand new?

The selling price of the used item by the TS is only appropriate on what he thinks is the current value of the item based from the original purchased price.

NUTECH are not selling this as RETAIL price but maybe as discounted/clearance sale which is way cheaper and brand new.

For the side of the TS, it would be harder for him to sell it kay walay warranty and mas mahal but this is his call and nobody else.

NUTECH would be selling it with warranty and a cheaper price na brand new .

Its the consumers decision now asa siya . For those makig lalis lang diri and dili mga potential buyers , please KEEP QUA lang mo .
