ang pag.utong ug pag.ginhawa are two different function.
while the other is voluntary (pag.utong) but breathing is natural(involuntary). As the thread title states...we can breathe, that's far from happening unless evolution would expedite and permit us. Until that happens, there is no way humans can breathe underwater naturally.

It is so far from possible because humans' immune system will ward off marine algae. Symbiosis will never occur between the two species. It is not hard to believe that salamanders and marine algae are connected to each other because the former are amphibians. They can live both on land and water.
