diri sa US: basta ang culture jud anang pagka empleyado kay contractual, minimum wage, limit ra kaayo imong freedom, naai tendency mokuhag 2nd job, stress o dili stress, ug antyime i-lay off naka for 2 reasons: poor imong evaluation ug ang corporate nga imong gitrabahoan bankrupt..kung mahitabo na, back to zero napod ka..basta empleyado ka imo jud ibalance imong wants and needs nya ianalyze jud nimo nga mao rana imong sweldo ug dili jud ka satisfy sa sweldo,might as well 2nd job,then follow dayon ang stress ug walay freedom...

Business minded person: sa akong na learn diri sa US kay akong Uncle ug Ante nag work ug Insurance company..dili siya pariha sa uban Insurance Co. diri nga ang gi apas kay ang competition, ug compensation ra sa mga agent pero dili mao ang ilang gibuhat sa mga tao..sa Insurance Co. sa akong ante ug uncle, naa silay mission na "we're doing what's right, and not what is being hyped"..although okay ra ang compensation, maayo pud ilang gibuhat pra sa mga tao nag kinahanglan ug insurance..
Naa kay freedom basta imong sudlon diri nga work pariha sa akong ante ug uncle ug once naa nakay maayo nga kita, pwede naka maka build ug business..it's either sa imong career as insurance agent,or mag invest ka sa imong gusto nga business..

Empleyado ug at the same time business minded: wala mai problema if employee ka ug business minded ka kay kibaw ka mo tackle sa situation. It doesn't mean imo igive up ang imong gusto na work..practical najud ta nya fighting for survival..if mo abot najud ang time na imong kwarta ma meet na sa imong gusto nga business, then go for it...
