old post mana bai. nag order na lang ko sa US kay wala diri akong mga gusto. if naa man (usually sa manila pero sobra ka MAHAL).

ang tent sa #2, tent jud akong gipangita ani. bought 4seasons ultralight tent na sa US.

ang tent accessories are like tent floor mat, stakes, cord kit, etc.

yap, external frame ako gusto. bought 2 internal frame ug 1 external frame backpacks sa US. plan ko baligya sa usa ka internal frame backpack.

base layer clothing, internal clothing usually use during winter --> yes.. plan ko climb during winter puhon (outside pinas).

usual/common backpack baligya sa pinas kay around 25L to 35L. if mag bring ko tanan gamit nako, kulangan lang sa spaces. ang 45L pud alanganin para sa akoang things.

Brad, last year didto mi Mt.Apo, akong ma suggest lang nimo is, travel light lang jud if first time nimo ang major climb.

Unya pag dala ug FLEECE sweater/bonnet/gloves. mao pinaka importante. D ka malingaw sa peak ug tugnawon raka unya mag lumlom rakas imong tent. dapat imong bag water proof unya dapat naa ka dry socks ug shirt/shorts para pangkatulog. makakita raka ug daghan fleece or panul-obon sa mga ukay2x kung ga budget ka unya d kaya ang habagat or north face. timing timing ra pud lage pero worth it ang items, make sure wala lang mga gisi or dagkong damage. so best time to buy the soonest possible jud.

inig abot ninyo sa crater ana naay lake samot na ron ting uwan, dili ang lake venado, lain pud to. dako2x ang tubig didto. pwede mong maligo pero mura kag ma hypothermia inig human tungod sa ka bugnaw. so dry clothes e ready daan.

D kaayo needed ang brand new items bro. Pero adto lang ug habagat jud or rox ayala kung d jud ka mo settle ug 2nd hand or used items. Naka kita pud ko sa ayala department store sports/outdoor section naa mga tag 1k nga stove handy jud cya. naa pud tent didto and sleeping bags. Bag nimo need 30L habagat or 50L.

try daw sa carbon or tabo-sa-banay. or sa fuente (taas sa rose pharmacy, 2nd or 3rd flr man guro na).

if ukay2x for climbing - no idea bossing... if naa ka makita, pm lang pud mi. matsalams.
