    Lami'as dagan nako ron ui... sakto kaayo kong tulog gabie, nag awas gyud kong singot

    Any other advise para mu gamay jud aku tiyan then if possible mka abs ko? btw i'm 21 years old bata pa so murag possible jud kaha magka abs ba tawun ko ini? hihi

    Before ka matulog sa gabi e inum ug gatas proven the jud kaayo nga maka tulog ka deep sleep jud.......ako btaw before tag 2-3 AM nku maka tulog......but since nag workout/run ko 3 years ago for health/age reason obese man gud ko maka tulog nku ug sayo 9 PM apan mao sad lagi mata sayo 4 or 5 am!!!!!

    kasuway ko ani sauna nag workout bisan walay tulog. hala kay hapit jud ko nakuyapan

    it really depends, some dili makasustiner nga walay tulog. nay uban kaya ra kaayo.
    but sa mga bag-o palang aning bisyoha, ayaw lang mog sulay anang walay tulog kay basin
    asa niya mo makatulog mintras nagdagan..

    useless man gud ang mosleep ug pila lang ka hours like 3 or 4 lang then naay run..
    i'd rather stay awake, then after sa run i get a good sleep. it works for me
    pero i don't advice it labi na sa mga new pa sa dagan.

    if ever mobuhat jud mo ani be sure after sa jogging makapahulay o makatulog jud
    mo ug insakto para kondisyon nig mata.

    hmmmm.... June 2012 man ko nagsugod ug jogging/running...

    At first mga 5k, 10k, 12k, 16k magdagan ko funrun with my BF (na atu na time crush pa nako sya, heheheh!) Gikan ko trabaho ana, 7pm to 4am, drecho nako sa funrun venue right after. kasurvive man ko, di pajud ko matog until gabie na, so technically 24 hours ko way tog... I think its more of psychology man. What made me survive running na way gotch kay the fact na I wanna run with my crush kay kana man among det2 ana na time, plus bonding moments and the reward I get after running? Eating my favorite food with the love of my life!

    karon na kami na, I run 20+Kilometers, kana, dapat jud matog jud ko ana ug NORMAL na tog,,,, pero kung magtrain ko, I run 8-12k aftershift at least 2 times a week, nya gikan ko work ana. Motivation pud nako ana kay para magpasikat sako lalabs ron, na ni-upgrade nako. heheheh!


    in a nutshell, depende man sa tawo pud... It's a matter of a person's WILL pud usahay. They say in running, the BRAIN is the most important organ jud... kay it's mind over matter...

    but of course, listen to what your body says pud! Kung di kaya, ay pugsa!
