BOPK, Cebu is now on the right track (in my own humble opinion) towards achieving real development. The city needs a mayor who knows how to manage and one who can maintain a stable relationship between government and civil society. I prefer BOPK mainly because i don't want to see another administration which is characterized by a local legislative and executive banging their heads against each other
