Iphone units obtained from smart or globe are locked to their respective carriers. Can't use a sun sim on either a globe or smart unit. Only factory unlocked units (usually from hk or sg) can be used with any sim. Not too aure if theres a gevey sim that you can use with your 4s para maka use ng sun sim

You can use xsim. My wife uses xsim on my globe locked 4S for her sun sim when i gave it to her. They said not to update the OS since it was running on 5.1.1 before. I updated it to 6.1.3 ok raman. Naa sa SM nag baligya. I think it was 2k

@^^^ yup you have to pay for unlock..In order to use other carrier to your Iphone4s you need to unlock..you can do that by remote unlocking method.this method will be available at any commercial vendors online like MobileUnlockSolutions.com

murag wa pa man unlock for globe and smart nga mga iphones... except if imo gamitan ug gevey sim, thats the only way to be able to use it with other sim cards...

murag sa singtel ni pwede ma FU ang globe lock nato diri.. dal-on pa daw na sa singapore unya didto ipa unlock sa singtel.. mahal daw bayad ana..
