    Sa mailad lng na. Maski butangan ug NO sa form ang option para insurance, naa pa jud usahay mohiritpangayo 5pesos. Kini mga taga ML puro way ayo customer service. Strikto pa kaayo sa ID. Naa pay kapila ka pa fill outon ug customer info sheet. Maypag sa Palawan Pawnshop wa pay daghan hasul.

    In my opinion dapat jud na strictohon because it involves money transactions common sense nlng na intawon oi...but regarding kanang insurance optional raman na...yes I would agree nga dapat e educate/ask sa ang customer if makuha ba cia ana. Mas mayo gani na nga may insurance kay for example gin tulis to ang branch nga imo padal an at least there's an assurance nga makuha pa nimo imo kuarta balik.

    Mao ni ang problema sa tawo cge lang ta yawyaw bisan gamay na kaau nga problema padakoon pa jud...*sighs Mas mayo pa cguro mag conduct ta ug feeding program para sa mga street children makatabang pa ta intawon sa communidad keysa mag cge negative mentality.

    Kato sad insurance sa pier hatag ra pud ko'g 20 wa ko kaybaw nga optional diay haha.
