    about 15-20 mins lang ako makaya, kay straight man gud pud unya inclined and position sa treadmill.......

    15-20min nga threadmill is great! labi na everyday pa jud! keep it up! plus nag diet pa jud ka nya nag work out, ayaw lang pugsa imo kaugalingon sa threadmill, kay ma over trained nya ka, inig ka anad na nimo magka daghan ra nya imo ma kuha nga calorie,

    if i were youre personnal trainor ild say youre doing GREAT !!!! :mrgreen:

    tnx sir...krn MWFS nalang ko ga lift ug weights kay, everyday man pud ko ga treadmill....murag kapoy naman kadugayan, samot na run nga ga skwela ko....sir have u tried any dietary pills? hows da effect (f ud try it) ? tnx

    the best daw cardio now is the HIIT try it...

    ako lang ni opinion ha, i think dietary pills are only there to make the companies a multi billion companies, the best jud ang natural way, thats exercise, og eating the right kind of food :mrgreen:

    very good principles... i g suwayan gabii... part yah nyc kaygawas sa dali kara human you know pagud na optimize ang workput routine. cool GEt in then get out sa gym
