stock is available... had placed my order a while ago... the unit will arrive here this coming Wednesday... waiting mode sa ta ani... hehehe

the seller also confirmed that the unit is a "genuine Galaxy" product... intended for Chinese main land Customers... it's a budget GPU... a cheaper alternative on the GTX 650 and HD 7750... no idea pa ko sa performance nya in actual gaming... kun kumbate ra ba pud kaha... tsk tks tsk... the GT 640 is not a gaming GPU ra ba... suway2x lang sa ta ani...

based sa mga review sites on the GT 640, mas nindot kuno kun naka DDR5 instead of DD3... now, here it is... a stripped down unit in terms of CUDA... but a boosted one in terms of the memory and its memory bandwidth... they get what they wished for... a DDR5 animal is on the way... hehehe...

can't wait to personally get my hands on this thing... it is still a "Kepler" though...

just a reminder... this is not intended for a performance PC... but just for an entry level gaming rig...

^ memory frequency, memory bandwidth, GPU frequency, cuda cores and fill rates... mo ni sila ang lahi sa uban an naka DDR5... in short, tanan specs, lahi sila...

regarding the price... mas barato ni sa ani na shop kay gi sale... 1st 200 units... after ma deplete ni, balik na sa SRP...

here's the official link sa Nvidia... pwede ra man hinoon ni ma tweak sa mga board partners nila hinoon... as baseline lang ni sya na specs...

allow me to share... naa mo'y na hibaw-an about ani? basin naa'y naka lusot dha sa mga shops. don't know if fake ni or original product sa galaxy. naa ko'y nakit-an sa online shop diri... mao ni ai... mag ask ko ani sa store owner unyang buntag... kani na model kay para ra diri sa Chinese main land market... good to be true ang mem band width as shown sa GPU-Z... lupig ang GTX 650 non-Ti and the Ti version as shown on GPU-Z. lami ni paliton para ma testingan dah... hhhmmm... volunteer napud ko as a guinea pig... hehehe... palit ta ani unya'ng buntag kun naa'y stock ang seller para atoang ma benchmark kun unsa ni ka tinuod ang performance ani... dili ra man sakit ang price nya... around 2.7k php ra man ang price...

duda ko sa chip ani... basin reject bin ni sya sa upper siblings nya then gi re-flash/ re-test as a mixed spec product para dili ma scrap ang units... ma salvage pa para baligya sa mga local GPU manufacturing companies diri... daghan kaayo in ani dri sa main land gyud... mis match ang spec sa GPU compared sa known sa market pero, will function normally sa intended purpose nya... at a much lower price point compared sa products sa mga "Official Board Partners"...

Bro, naay dagko na possibility that this is not a kepler die or is probably just a GT630 slapped with a kepler-specced gddr5 ram chips.. GT630 is a rebranded GT440 which is also a rebranded GT240 with the only difference being in lithography..

yes bro, genuine na Galaxy product for main land China market... true GT 640 pud... don't know pa gyud kun ok ba ni sya for an entry level gaming rig... sa mga bench marking sites, bati gyud ug review ning GT 640... dili man lagi ni sya intended for gaming gyud... if gaming, ang GTX models man ang para sa ana na apps... tambal lang ni's "what if" akoang gihimo... hehehe... if it will satisfy my need, bye2x ang plan to purchase an inno3D GTX 650 Ti for the mini-itx...

by the way, mangita ra ko'g gamay na led monitor para dali ra dalahon kun mag travel2x... so, basin sa mid resolution, kumbate ra ni sya... mga 15" ra siguro akoang paliton... ngita pa ko... i don't like to purchase a gaming laptop man gud... mahal man then, wla man kaayo gamit ning mini-itx nako, so, kani lang sa ko a mobile gaming rig... entry level lang...
