kani na issue since no monetary importance for you but rather the position, adto na i settle sa company. As an employer, naa man jud na reason behind sa ana na move. Going to DOLE and your employer will know about, frankly molikay na na nimo.
Talk to them. mao ra na instead of spending time consulting people here sa istorya.
I bid to disagree to this. Since na promote naman, kinahanglan sad jud ma change ang imo sweldo. dili lang kwarta ang gihisgotan diri, di sad raba lalim sad managhan imo trabahoonon. ayaw kog ingna nga dawat lang ka bisan taas na tuod imo position dayon mao japon imo sweldo, that's unfair i guess.kani na issue since no monetary importance for you but rather the position

I consult people here in istorya, because maybe some of them can answer my questions and apparently they have. And also they have given their opinion regarding my situation.

Naa jd company nga ingana bro, naa silay latteral xfer which same pay, but higher responsibility.. pero sa uban company ana, nana kay additional allowance. sa akong g.trabaho-an karon gd, wala.. but advantage niya kay nana kay experience regarding sa supervisory nga work.. na accept naman ni nko nga ingani jd among company.. hehehe
pwede sad tingali second option nimo ang DOLE if ever ilaw bawion ila gi ingon nga increase salary og allowance kay na promote ka... if ever dili aw try to seek DOLE for further clarification.
Mao lage na basta verbal agreement non monetary imong madawat and you end up embracing more roles with unjustified salary in return.
