this is what puzzles me no end, Teddy has a throng of a dozen lawyers, then how come they missed on this pretty simple detail of not securing all the pertinent documents needed in filing a TRO? how come these battle-tested multi-million peso lawyers "failed to attach a certified true copy of the Ombudsman's order in their petition"? are they that good? have they become that cocky that they missed this minute detail which caused them this technicality? and why can't they force Teddy to shut his g*d d*mn mouth if he has nothing important to say? 'coz whatever he's blabbering, isn't helping him. in fact, it only pushes him further down.

if I were Teddy, I'd fire them all and hire the best lawyers to defend me. but oh.. noh.. I forgot. Teddy has this idea that he's an untouchable. he's got this notion that he's invincible. maybe those are the exact same reason why he makes decisions haphazardly thinking that the law won't catch him. a little overpricing here and there "lampposts and garbage bins", a little illegal activity here and there "shabu lab and the license plates", a little under the table here and there "market construction and whatever projects that passess thru his office". wow.. what a long list of sins to confess to the priest this holy week.

but thru all these years of shamelessness, I don't even think he believes in God...

I said it before and I'll say it again: no team of PR professionals in the whole world can spin and turn this issue around. not in a couple of months. that's impossible. they might have millions of moolah but there's just nothing they could do to stop this avalanche of issues coming their way in a blink of an eye. no grandiose production could help Jonkie neutralize the stench this whole shebang has caused them. and Teddy, I know that you frequent Vegas and play Texas hold'm but no amount of "bluff" can ever make the people of Mandaue bite your line. you're showing tentativeness, uncertainty and maybe some sign of disorientation. why don't you just give it up? nobody's being an amateur here but you. how the mighty have fallen.. tsk tsk tsk..

and common sense will dictate there is a need to suspend officials involve and secure all the important documents.
