I suggest DOG & CAT Clinic at N. Bacalso Avenue. The cost is around 600-1,200 (I'm not sure coz I had several services done for 2 adult dogs I adopted) since your dog needs to be sedated throughout the whole process. Dr. Ed De La Cruz is very good and his rates are very reasonable. Very old school but very good. I suggest you check him out.
