We always have a choice where to buy. It is a good thing you knew about Kimstore but other people did not. This is the beauty of the forum. Ideas, information, opinions, etc are free.

My motive is clear. I posted it in black and white: " I think this store is just getting from Kimstore".

Is that relevant? Yes because as you said everytime we buy we face risks. Now, may I ask B@byDoll to produce their business papers? Please post your DTI/BIR registration. Without it, you are not an online store.

Let the consumers decide where they want to buy.

Sir to be honest I work for LEXMARK RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT located sa cebu business park. Regarding sa firmware (fw) if my note2 can do multi-view, My answer is this " Samsung never stated that there are note 2 that CAN NOT MULTI VIEW, sakto? meaning all note2 are INTENDED TO HAVE THIS FEATURE, Now that means that if a certain unit doesnt have MultiView feature then that means it is fixable by updating the fw of the said unit. Its like our printer per say, A certain feature is design for the printer but when the customer used it and found out that the feature is not available the first thing we do is:
1.) Check the firmware if it's the latest- if not, update firmware
2.) check for other software/apps installed to the device that will make the feature incompatible.
3.) remove all options installed to the board of the device. ( for printer ra ni ha)

Most of the forum for Note2 mentioned that samsung already released the firmware for multi-view function for AFFECTED units so meaning it is NOT HARDWARE LIMITION, its just a matter of updating the fw.

Mao btaw mga s2 owners ni update to the latest fw kay one concerned they have kay dali ma lowbatt ang s2 but after updating to ICS 4.0.3 most of the owners say nga naa jud kalahi-an n improvement.

As for business permit and DTI, I could not find it in the site but if you have a credit card payment facility, chances are you are registered with the BIR and the DTI.
