have you ever read or see in the classified ads saying "Must have no tattoo" as a preference. You don't. You may know the reason why. in the previous post "chrisvil" said he was told frankly by the HR that he was not accepted because of having a tatoo but he's technically accepted. that is discrimination.
the word "Pleasing Personality" does not mean that you should be beautiful for you to be accepted. it simply means that you SHOULD have no physical defects or abnormalities.
height requirement is OK especially if you're in a job that requires for you to be tall. but i don't think that they will put a height requirement in a programming job.
