yip. had this months ago. that was the time nga i didn't have enough rest. straight weeks nga 2-4 hoursra ako sleep every day. grabe ko ka stressed ato.
even sa work, maka tulog ko... i thought naka piyong lng kadali, pero nakatulog na diay to... then makurat lng kog kalit kay murag nihunong akong ginhawa. i thought it was sleep apnea of some sort, but it doesn't seem like it after reading posts sa net.
pero karon ala na man. kuwang lang tingali kag pahuway bai.

bro try kuno breathing exercise, i heard nga makaayo ni siya labi na katong mag hagok matulog gani...
angay jud ta pa check ni doc if naay ingon ani na panghitabo
bitaw kuyaw na ing ana uy......ayaw katulog ug busog TS.....
