I recently quit my job of two months due to health reasons. my intuition has always been strong and even before reading this article I sensed that I was headed the wrong path. you see, my schedule changed weekly--morning shift one week, midshift the next, graveyard shift the next, and on and on. I began losing sleep, must be because my circadian rhythm just went out of whack!
the week right after I quit my job, I slept most of the time trying to normalize my body clock. I feel so much better now...mura kog nakabakasyon ug tulo ka buwan.
my next job might not be that high-paying, but it will give me time and health. i hope. normal day job lang please.
