Regular perineal washing lang bro,then try using Mupirocin (Bactroban) ointment, antibiotic yan na ointment, lagyan mo ng thin layer 3 times a day or more.. at pacheck up ka sa Urologist. kung infection or bacteria ang cause nyan, a common antibiotic is enough. but if it is an STD then you better have it checked immediately, you might need an anti viral drug or a stronger antibiotic. BTW paano mo ba nakuha yan? at paano yan nasugatan? Ano ang chjaracteristic ng discharge nya? may amoy ba or milky or clear lang? are u sexually active?
