Manga/Anime Q&A's RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI!

Aside from the regular Question and Answer activity of this thread~ each week, starting from this Black Saturday to the Next Saturday, a fight match will be featured here in this thread, between fictional characters from popular manga and anime.

But unlike other 'fight' threads you would see and participate in the Manga and Anime Board, there will be rules, a scorekeeper and referees to judge and decide the ultimate winner of a particular match.

Here are the rules, read and obey!

1) All fictional characters from any product of manga and anime can be involved and matched against each other in Manga/Anime Q&A's RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI!

These includes heroes, villains, supporting characters, places and items.

Since a lot of Western characters from comics such as Marvel and DC have been reinvented in Manga/Anime, these can be included also.

But to keep things neat, Western and Eastern characters cannot be matched against each other for the time being. So that means DC's Batman can be matched up against Marvel's Daredevil but Batman cannot be matched up against Shonen Sunday's Detective Conan.

2) All iStoryans are invited to participate, posting their votes for their favorite character contender. However, each iStoryan is only entitled to ONE(1) vote-post for the character contender they will choose and support.

A vote post is a post message that must contain a valid reason how/why the character contender will win over their opponent. If the reason is not there, the post is not considered a vote, it will not be added to the count and thus be disqualified.

Reasons may include only the special characteristics, powers, skills, weapons affiliated to that particular character contender.

3) Mean talk and insults are allowed between character contenders but not between iStoryan participants. A vote-post containing insults against a particular iStoryan will not be included in the vote-count and thus disqualified.

Though its a fight, let's be polite!

4) As thread-starter I am the de facto Score-keeper, Announcer and Ringside Referee of the Manga/Anime Q&A's RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI! matches.

My job will be to announce the scores, keep tabs on the going-ons and make sure everyone follows the rules of this thread.

5) The character winner of a particular RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI! match-up will be determined by a VOTE-COUNT. The character contender who receives TEN (10) vote-posts first is announced the WINNER!

6) After the announcement of the winner of each match, from among the Ten(10) Vote-posts of the winner character, the iStoryan with the best reason in his/her vote-post will be chosen to decide the next RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI! match up and will be regarded as the IN-RING REFEREE and JUDGE of that match. (WOW!)

7) Each week for each new match-up there should be a new IN-RING REFEREE AND JUDGE.

The IN-RING REFEREE will only have up to Midnight of the Saturday s/he was chosen
until 6 AM of the following Sunday to post in a new match of this thread.

If s/he fails to provide a match up in the alloted time, his/her privilege will be forfeit and it will be up for the Threadstarter to produce a new match up for RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI!

8 ) The IN-RING REFEREE/JUDGE cannot participate in posting for the particular match s/he has chosen and presided over.

9) The decisions of the IN-RING REFEREE/JUDGE will be not be based on bias or personal prejudices but only be based on the count of the vote-posts, the quality of the posts that are included and will be deemed final and absolute.

10) iStoryans may give suggestions to the next RIVAL FIGHT KOUGI! match up to the Threadstarter or the IN-RING REFEREE via PM. For any problems and clarifications, one can also send these to the Threadstarter via PM.

11) Posts from iStoryans violating any of the rules will be disqualified, disregarded and ultimately perhaps deleted from the thread. (The Site Admin and I are on good terms).

my vote goes to KERBERUS.

although i have never seen a single episode of card captor sakura or tsubasa (nor do i plan on watching it, ever), Pokemon has pretty much ruined my childhood. and the noises pokemon make are just plain silly. if that's not enough, they're too darn cute beyond reason.
