ayy sussss, dili na gud magpalusot si Pnoy... he must sign the WAIVER to scrutiny bank deposits to set as good example to all government employees…. It’s just a piece of paper that can’t affect them if they’re really clean….all the reasons given by him and his allies why they are not signing are the same template reasons why all the kawatan in government are also not signing the waiver. ..his refusal to sign has emboldened all the kawatan sa gobyerno not to be transparent.
