I think it needs time to adjust from lover to friend siguro. Three of my ex's are becoming my good friends. Pero, nagkadugay... distant na kaayo. Pero at least friends.

errr....for me, depende sa among break up ...

kung nagkabuwag mi sa akong ex just because one of us fell out of love or the relationship didn't work at all due to attitude conflicts....there's a chance that will remain as good friends.

but there's no way I would befriend an ex, if there was a third party involved or he mistreated me in a way that caused me to have emotional and mental distress.

breaking up w/ sum1 who has been a part of ur life is a hard thing. and living ur life without that sum1 would also be hard thing expecially if he/she has been a part of your life. i myself has been into this situation, but in my case ako ang gi buwagan and sakit dyud kaau coz i really indulge my whole self w/ him den wala ghapon mo work...but ni hangyo cya pagbuwag namo na mahimo ming friends, pero the things dli nako kaya...I CAN`T TAKE ITTTTTTTTTTT dli dyud nako mahimo whenever i see him still dli ko maka tan-aw niya ug straight and i can`t even talk to him...mo dagan pa gani ko when i get a chance to see him
