    betrayal siguro if wala nasuwat. ang problem is wala nimo gibasa. Daku jud difference sa US ug diri. I bought a scanner from circuit city kay naa ko iscan, after few days ako ra giuli kay mana man gamit then pwede ra man iuli. hehehe...

    but sa iya part dili applicable ang exchange policy sa pinas. why? kay ang sa exchange policy sa pinas states that pwede ra ilisan ang merchandise if sayop ang description sa iya gipalit. Then if the receipt states that defective iya gpalit, pilde na siya.

    DTI has ordered that unlawful ang: "no return no exchange policy"

    and the store can be fined for it.... and cancellation of business permit

    So that receipt can be used to return and exchange the phone....

    naa na specific clause bai. dili nimo mauli if and only if change of mind then the description is correct. But in this case, how can she exchange it for a non defective item if ang description nga iya gidawat as stated in the receipt is defective? iya jud unta to gibasa ang receipt.

    i met ebyangz na kay siya ni buy sa ako fridge na baligya. don't get her wrong few days ago ni ask cya nko about sa junrex 2 na ka fon iya gidungan og palit. i undertsand her point na kung unta daw wa ka pass sa QC gi ingdan tani siya daan or ang uban nga consumers before nila napalit rather than ibutang na lang sa receipt. WHAT'S THE USE OF THE RECEIPT? for me murag wa jud na pus ilang receipt kung di masaligan ilang unit na gibaligya. i saw the receipt sa samsung nga iya gi buy, n wa ang receipt sa V3. it's true nka butang nga factory defect. on ebyangz part sa lang wa niya natan aw ang receipt before siya ning lakaw.


    siguro lesson na ni mga bai nga maniguro ta kay di baya sayon mangita og kwarta.

    liable ba JUnrex ani incase naa mo complain?

    You can claim you were never informed that the units are defective...

    wether it is written or not written in the receipt.... the consumer should be informed before hand...

    clearly if this were me.... I won't go down without a FIGHT....

    Basaha ang naa sa consumer act ha if maliable ba ang JUNREX ani

    The minimum requirements for a return and exchange policy provided by the Consumer Act serves to guide consumers and businesses of their responsibilities to one another: First, that consumers deserve their money’s worth and defective products must be remedied by the business establishment who sold it to the consumer; Second, that businesses also have the right not to refund or replace purchased items that are not defective or those that were damaged due to the consumers’ fault; And last, that consumers are encouraged to examine products thoroughly before buying to minimize chances of problems with your purchases.


    ***ang iya receipt, or proof of purchase, is defective na daan ang description so the liabilty of JUNREX kay wala na. Unsa man daw proof sa consumer nga dili defective iya gipalit when in fact it is stated in the receipt nga defective? Wala man gud siya good argument nga mahimo. Am not siding with JUNREX ha but, it's nature of the stores here in the philippines nga makalamang (pero dili tanan ha) mao kita consumers should be aware.

    *ebyangz, if you really want to pursue this matter to DTI, ingna lang ko... tabangan tika pamikil didto...
