di jud na advisable ang 3-in-1 nga coffee mixes kay daghan kaayo na sugar. i agree regarding tea, slow ang pag-seep in sa caffeine so makapa-lagsik siya but dili in bursts. healthier sad and mas daghan benefits. Mas lami sad kay daghan ka flavor ma-try.
As for coffee, if ganahan jud mo, it's better to brew your own coffee. Mas fresh, mas lami, mas healthy and maka-control ka sa sugar nga imong ibutang.![]()
how about nescafe's iced coffee latte in can? (i always drink my coffee ice cold, i guess that's worse)
