ang pina uga ang mani nya kanag kagomkom.. hahah
mine is bacham lang(chamba)....i use braggs apple cider vinegar, any brand of soy sauce, pork and chicken, i hate cutting onions and garlic so i just use 2 small sachets of "magic sarap" and last is a little bit of water...i don't put extra oil...then i cook covered on low to medium heat until the pork is tender enough for me...yum!!!this is my favorite weekend food...sometimes if i have more time, i remove the pork and chicken and fry them on another pan...then i put them back again in the cooked sauce to dry up the sauce a little bit,i prefer my adobo not too dry(tagalog style) yummy yummy!!!
i also tried cooking pork adobo without any soy sauce, instead of soy sauce i use rock salt or iodized salt....i learned this from my friend who came from leyte (waray-waray)....then you brown the pork with its own fat...yummy, too!!!=)
oops!!i forgot to mention guys...i don't usually use laurel leaves lately...taste the same with or without...
