People only remember about the things that they need whenever they already need it the most. Such is the case of a father of 6 who now is just waiting for his time at a hospital. No life insurance but has many investments in real estate. 5 years ago, a friend approached him to offer life insurance, but it was the wife who declined the offer saying, "naa naman siya life insurance." And now, i learned that there was no insurance whatsoever to speak of. Come to think of it, if his real estate property alone would be worth about P30 M, BIR would be getting P6 M of that for estate tax.
