Receiving an unfair negative feedback. How do you remove it?

same with me... Wala pa jud reason. Ang nakapait pa kay wala mi nagkainteract sukad. Wind Shear ang user name! I PM'd this person for reason but wala man reply.

aw mao man kaha. Hinuon, wa pa jud siya niapil ato nga topic then hatag lang siya feedback dayon. ..i agree with the opinions nga you can not please everybody...and sahay ma negative jud ta kay dili tanan maka uyon sa ato views...the way we dish out our opinions...etc etc

but in fairness to junmar....wala man nag leave ug comment si wind shear....so unsaon man pag kabalo ni junmar ngano na negative siya? i thought the point system can be used to know how excellent you handled the situation or how appreciated your inputs were or how much of an ass you have made out of yourself ...then you can probably improve in the future....wa may learning experience makuha kon way comment i-leave diba? morag tira pasagad lang tag pang negative ani kon di ta ka uyon?

In junmar's case, I was really surprised to see a negative feedback on his rating. I feel bad for him because he always have a good point to share. I was also very curious why wind-shear did not put any comment at all. If it is just a mistake or accidental, I hope he will apologize to junmar.
