Ti is just basically a "powerful" version of a card. More processors, but other than that they're the same, still much more powerful.

As for DirectCU, this is ASUS' own branding for their custom cooling. It stands for Direct Copper, which means the copper heatpipes are directly touching the GPU instead of a copper base plate with the copper heatpipes running through.
DC has 1 fan, DC2 has 2... I am not sure though if the "numbers" correspond to the number of fans. Just my 50 centavos. LOL!
