went to gold's gym awhile ago to personally check out the place.

mao ni ilang prices.

naa pod 1 month pro wla na ko nangutana kay kabaw nako nga mahal hehe

wala pa cla officially nag-open kay naa pay incoming equipments, so currently they are on soft opening.
if you avail of their membership, you can use their gym now (for free) since they haven't officially opened yet so not counted pa ang membership period. so this is another plus if you will avail now.. as in now

about the size of the gym, it is big but i cannot make a comparison with fitness first and holiday spa kay sa FF and holiday naay 2nd floor mao na di ko ka estimate kaayo sa floor area. 1 floor ra ang gold's and i think taas ra ang ceiling sa FF and holiday maona murag mas dako tanawon.

about the schedule, this is the nice part kay dugay sila manira.
but currently soft opening pa so 9pm mo-close na cla pro inig start na, mo-follow na cla sa sched.

M-F: 6am - 12mn <-- yeah, i like this!
Sat: 6am - 9pm
Sun: 8am - 9pm

about the group exercise, cardio dance, cardio kickbox, zumba, yoga, yogilates (mix of yoga and pilates) and gold's mix (endurance, strength, flexibility).
