@jeckskie: I have just confirmed from the office: FOR DENTIST this are the requirements:
-Clear copy of PRC ID or Proof of Renewal, if expired
- Copy of latest bank statement (CA/SA) for at least 3 months or list of clients
- Completely filled-up Application Form
- 2×2 picture (two copies)
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Passport, Driver’s license, SSS, GSIS e-card, OFW/DOLE e-card, PRC ID, SRC/Seaman’s book)
- Proof of Billing (Electric or Water bill only)

Processing Fee:
Metro Manila: 5% + P150
Province: 5% + P200
Loanable Amount: P50K to P500K
Terms: 3 to 12 months

salamat sa info.... but walay mas taas nga tenor? murag di jud kaya ang 12 months... based sa akong experience, 6mos to 1yr or more pjud ang hulaton before mukusog ang clinic its because grabe na kadaghan clinics ron..

TS, wala kay ma collateral nga Car or Real Estate Property? Naa man banks nga magpa loan nimo, lesser pa jud ang rate compared to lending.
Pwede ra ka mka borrow ug property sa imong parents or relatives nya SPA lang. Sa akong gi workan nga bank before, daghan mi clients nga dentists.
