i grew up to be a better person, in a sense i respect women a lot...coz when my dad left us when i was 8, im the only guy with my mom and younger sister surrounding me. i'll do my best that i will be the best husband and father para dli na mausab ang nahitabo sa amoa..

All I can say is...."we are thrown in the fire earlier than everybody else" and that comes as a blessing. As observed, those who are sheltered by their parents are to dependent (not that im generalizing) but in most cases mao gyud na ang na observed nako. Hinatagan halos sa tanang gusto (specially those whos parents are well off).

These nasty experiences are there to teach us a lesson, and in the end it depends on how you see it. Whether you want to be a victim, a survivor who defeated all odds or someone who came out as a champion amidst the downfall.

If it wasn't for my parents break up, I would probably be just like the rest of the people my age, immature, dependent, a brat and cannot make a decision for themselves. After what I've been through, I learned to appreciate even the smallest of things, and found myself to be still fortunate than the others.

And this quote from Charles Darwin was one of my motivation to be better, I just want to share this:

"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change."
