ISO is a CD/DVD Archive Image... you can make one using ISO software....

disable lang sa start-up ang .exe sa msconfig..kkkkkk

services.msc ... its the one in charge for all the service or apps to run sa imo windows.
i saw one comment to run sys file checker.
open command prompt and type

sfc /scannow but u need the xp cd kay along the way it will ask man.

u can try running repair install using the disk. tell me sa if naa ka disc aron makahibaw ta sa options.

services.exe is safe if not infected by a virus etc.
it is located in %Windir%\System32
but if you receive error while locating and typing it in run command you might be infected right now. try this one method but first you must disable your system restore. it will delete some infected files in your system volume folder which will reactivate the virus again after you run the program from microsoft so to prevent this kindly disable first your system restore.

follow this instructions.
try downloading latest windows malicious software removal tool >>> link then run that program. before you run the software, for best result disable your system restore. start menu>right click my computer>properties>system restore tab>tick "Turn off System Restore on all drives".
