this is the stupidest post i've read in this thread.

i already said that this thread is an expose of how truly loving is your God. this thread has nothing to do with homosexuals.

why don't you just defend what i'm sayin in here rather than attacking the goddess looking threadstarter! or perhaps you can't defend it coz your bible is definitely screwed up?

i pity the christians who get deluded in this thing. never will i allow myself to be one of you guys who are deluded by this christian God!

this is really one good example
he states what he expresses as a creed or prayer
then terminated with a one liner expressing the kind of mentality and the dynamics between what they call "faith" or beliefs and what it has taught them. hahaha

ts are you just taking excerpts from the bible(or just probably googled it) and not read the whole thing?

im no bible expert, heck im not even religious or pretend to be a good christian... but i try my best

the bible has been written and rewritten too many times to accomodate the changing times...( dont get me wrong here but most of the text were written in dead languages such as aramaic then translated to latin and then translated to the modern texts.. translations can be difficult as there are words that can have double meanings or no equivalent meaning at all when translated)...

the bible has its equivalent in other religions such as the Koran(for islam) and the Torah(for the jews), so why pick on the bible alone?

these books are only here simply as a guide on how you wish to live your life... you either follow or dont follow the teachings... its your own choice. you can choose to follow them to the letter(like what some muslims do...)

At the beginning of this thread, your main theme was killing and the taking of lives.. thats not the only content of the whole bible.... theres also forgiveness and happiness and enriching your spirituality...

Remember that the other books of the bible has been in circulation even before 00 AD. At that time, stoning and burning at the steak was acceptable as the execution by lethal injection in our modern era.

The bible is a collection of books selected by a panel of spiritual scholars.. God knows how many of those books were excluded( eg the Gospel according to Judas).. if it were a complete collection, it would have been awesome.

The bible my friend only serves as your guide... Try to read it not in a literal way. be open to interpretation...
