the pay, the benefits, and the bonuses! anyone who says that working for a call center is stupid, is stupid himself. if not because of the BPO industry, this country will still be in its poor state where there is not a lot of jobs for people who doesnt have a lot of options. BPO's have also helped a lot of people who used not to know the taste of Starbucks. so to hell with people who dont like working in the BPO.

to succeed in the call center industry is EXTREMELY difficult, as difficult as being an engineer, lawyer, doctor, priest, etc. because it is not for everybody.

Naa man daghan nag sugod ug agent lang human karon tua nas US main office kay Division head na sa sales, customer service, etc.

To each his own,and I find it very very offensive na naay mangaway ug taga call center..
so what if naka graduate ug college. dli pwede mag call center? FYI.. ALL companies in the world INVEST BILLIONS, BILLIONS, BILLIONS of money for Customer Service..
It is the industry that will never go away but will continue to improve as companies now target customer retention MORE than actual sales or profit..

True, the job is quite stressful but some people who are decent enough NOT to go out everyday of the week and drink, sleep at least 8 hours a day and exercise can handle and enjoy the call center world

I am truly grateful for Call centers because it saved me from begging and becoming a service crew sa McDo (which there is nothing wrong with that of course because I was once a service crew still) forever...
Also paved way for all the right skills I need to land this international business job..

Now, I have the best job in the world.. ako lang pd na haha.. just don't mock the Call center agents..
I know some of them have loose screws in their heads but give them a break when they get 1 month perfect attendance. They are dedicated agents!

actually working in a call center industry is like "GIVE and TAKE"

you give them good services and they give you the equivalent salary for the work you've done to them..!
without the agents,will try to think what will happens to the BPO industry.....and if we don't have that BPO industry try to think what will happen to the people who are in need of financial for their families...if you say (daghan man trabaho na dili call center) yes daghan pero masdaghan ang need og work and the fastest solution is working at this as long as you have the qualities they've looking for....and beside if your tired working at the industry then you have the right to resign...and go to the work that you think your course must be absorb to that company....naka save paka og money b4 ka ni resign ayaw lng sad patakag gasto...amen!

depends on what you want really..

for me I can buy anything I want with my salary in the BPO industry. so its good FOR ME.
