Are banned users allowed to come back??

I'm just surprised that even if trolls are banned, mu pabalik p gihapon. I dont blame the moderators or owners... but more of shocked that naa pa siyay gana mu balik after being told "get out!".

That's because his/her account means no importance to him/her. If he/she does, then the only way to sustain in this community is to follow the rules, show respect and gain trust.

It's just a matter of self-control. I've been seeing too many threads in which some posts/discussions disagreed mine. But I don't reply. I choose threads to reply.

This is not moderators/site owners problem. It's the trolls time get wasted, not theirs. They will only spent seconds to ban users while those trolls spent days just to create another persona and gets banned again and again.

actually i became a CIA in just a week or so
i had some help with another istoryan until we became both CIAs
in floridas case, i do not think she is in for the post count or the ranking
i think she is kinda loner i guess and it's like a coping mechanism, she comes here to be someone and feel how it is like to be a star

That's a social problem yien. Having that attitude is likely not acceptable in this community. Istorya is bridging gaps, not creating or promoting chaos. Loner and want to be a star? He could possibly achieve that if he is in reverse on what he is now.

with regards to the topic, being banned does not mean for you to get out of the community rather charges with penalty for the consequences of not following rules. If they register back, then its their choice if they want to be banned again or just go with the flow.

i really do not know why it is so easy for others to risk on getting banned here when in fact it is really complicated to make another account and start back from the start
