you dont have insomnia, you just have improper sleeping position.
I had the same problem and was given sleeping aid pills such as the Iterax 25mg
but it came to the point i need 4 pills to make me drowsy.
I didn't take sleeping pills since i got kids so i don't want to be in deep sleep when problems might arise.
So i went back to the natural way. Try these
1) Take light dinner early and drink at least 2 glasses of water. No Soda or softdrinks or high in sugar.
2) Take a bath using lukewarm water
3) While drying your hair do your chores, assignments etc but set the mood of your room to cozy already.
Switch off the hard and strong lights, play soft music and cool your room to what is comfortable to you.
4) An hour before your target sleeping time you need to lie down on your bed already.
Then do the Deep Breathing exercise .....
a) Lay your back on your bed without pillow, arms on your side hands palm down, enhale deeply using your nose to the point you can't take anymore air in. Completely fill your lungs let your stomach/diaphragm raise freely.
b) hold your breath until you are not comfortable anymore then slowly exhale through your mouth.
completely empty your lungs to the point you can't blow out anymore air. Hold your breath to the point your mind will involuntarily ask for air then inhale slowly through your nose.
c) repeat this exercise until you get sleepy.
d) take your pillow make yourself comfortable, say your evening prayer and Goodnight to you.
At first this is very difficult to achieve but this is very effective in solving your sleeping problem.
we yawn when we are sleepy but actually our brain just told us to take more air into our system.
Either because our brains are overheated or because oxygen level in our system is already depleted.
New study shows that enhaling through our nose cools our brain and make us relax.

Anyways, try to do some heavy exercise, morning or evening,
kung sa evening, ayaw nang before na ka mo-sleep.
I have my exercise on evenings, around 6pm-8pm.. katulgon na kaayu ko inig 10pm - 11pm..
Don't drink coffee sa afternoon until maka-sleep na ka sa gabii.
Don't smoke.
try daw ang chamomile tea sis. it works for me ma relax ka ana. but if di na gyud mas maayo gyud mo seek ka advise sa doctor aron mahatagan ka right medication.![]()
Consult a doctor TS para ma resitahan ka ug sleeping pills/tranquilizer/relaxant then matabangan ka sa imo prblema... Need man gud resita nah nga mga tambal
basin pre-occupied imong mind permi... usually man gud nato daghan au ta huna-huna-on while in bed,....
like problem-solving in bed... we often think of our day and issues we have to deal with while in bed... so if maghuna-huna ka about problems and worries it does not facilitate sleep...
and do exercise in the morning or afternoon but not in the evening...
