I have watched a review on all the 70-300 lenses (canon, nikkor, sigma, and tamron)sa youtube. ang advantage i think sa sigma and tamron is that naa sila Macro Mode. According to the review, the sigma is a bit sharper compared to the tamron but i think depende ra cguro ni sa gatanaw. One of the best telephoto lens is the canon/nikkor 80-200 2.8 pero it will cost me a kidney or liver tungod sa kamahal. I think if naa nko budget, I'll get the nikkor 70-300 VR.

I believe there is not much advantage with the macro mode on the Sigma kay I had a Sigma 70-300mm with its Macro mode. Pero sa ako lang its not sharp enough compared to my dedicated old Nikkor 105mm (Non-VR) Macro lens.
