idealistic ra kaayo ka TS and thats good ha, kabalo na bitaw ka how politics work? syempre ikaw di ka taga diha so walay makuha nga VOTE si kapitan nimo, whereas imo landlady maka botar/vote man siya kang Kap kay taga diha man, nya ladlady man kaha na so maka influence pod na sa iyang mga paryente nga mobotar pod ni kap.

amo na lang sya gi adto gahapon so we know unsa jud among nahubat nga iya meng gipa baranggay but then klaro man nga wala di ay me sala.

so sa lupon = were going to try and settle it. if dili gani ma da... were going to leave and stop talking to her.. para dili na ma samok. i just hope she cant use it as an excuse to put us in much more drama.
problem is = she knows where my bf is working. and as what a lot has warned us. she is really going to dig in more.. and look for more problems.

Regarding the forfeited deposit - She got us to pay the rent 6th of June, instead of letting us know she wants us out of the apartment. She gave us a letter from her lawyer stating that she wants to raise the rent and unable to response after 5 days upon the date it was made would mean we dont want to renew the contract anymore. She handed it to us 6th of June and it was dated 30th of May . So we did not have the chance to talk to her about it.

you know. for the sake of paugat noh. you can stay for an additional few more months WITH the increase but you won't pay a single cent. ingna lang charge to the deposit. LOL

That's what I would do. Mao man sad purpose anang deposit. Buffer sa mga pasaway na tenants.

lagi.. mas ni samot man nuon sya considering nga wala man jud me nang hilabot nya.... ambot na lang jud... lisud kaayo maka sugat ug in-ani nga klase nga pagka tao.
She actually tried to run as the Brgy Councilor sa South of Cebu. Id be surprised if she won during the 2007 election. Dapat kahibalo sya mo husay sa problema... that is if she is really into politics.

Daghan na ni xa ug gipa baranggay.. even ang iya house karon was from someone who inherited it sa pamilya... and sad to say wala say alamag iyang contra.. so nakuha sad nya ang yuta...
gipa brgy sad nya ang maid ug guard so nawagtangan ug trabaho.
shes used to this kind of situation.. but im not. Ilado na gud kaayo sya sa Brgy hall..

ngek. we don't rent man. we own our own house. it's for the benefit of istoryans who rent. basin unya makabalhin sila ana.
