I think it is impossible to tone your body without the help of weights or weight training. Unless you have a superb body type and metabolism genetics.

im mesomorph. BMI wise, asia pacific scale, 23, normal. I never relied to gym trainers/ instructors cause I'm certain they don't calculate the calorie lost per session, in relation to your current stats and your desired output.
I'll read more on this. Guess, weights really help a lot.
