    I think it is impossible to tone your body without the help of weights or weight training. Unless you have a superb body type and metabolism genetics.

    Anyhow, it is always best to know first what body type/metabolism you have so you will know exactly what to do to tone or form your body.

    im mesomorph. BMI wise, asia pacific scale, 23, normal. I never relied to gym trainers/ instructors cause I'm certain they don't calculate the calorie lost per session, in relation to your current stats and your desired output.

    I'll read more on this. Guess, weights really help a lot.

    will do. i only weigh myself everymorning, before breakfast, after elimination (defecate, micturate).. will do cardi0 exercises... thanks sa advice sir.

    Wow, so you're in between then.. Being mesomorph is still challenging at times. you need to stay active to avoid gaining unwanted weights or fats. good luck bro!

    There's this wonder soap advertised in japan tv before. every time you use it, it burns fats layer by layer.
    I forgot the brand name of it.

    According to "Ang Pinaka", the no. 1 celebrity workout for fat burning is boxing (well u can just buy a punching bag and spend atleast an hour punching it everyday), you will not really notice fatigue especially when you're already enjoying. No. 2 is swimming, one of the best-shaped bodies in the world belongs to swimmers (Not too thick in muscles and not too thin as well, and also a good lung exercise).
